2. Purposes of data processing and GDPR legal basis
The Website uses personal data for the following purposes: • Handling inquiries via the contact form (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR - taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - legitimate interest, which is answering the inquiry). • Execution of ordered services and debt collection (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). • Presentation of offers or marketing information, including newsletters, if consent has been given (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
3. Data protection methods and Hosting
Places of logging in and entering personal data are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal data entered on the website are encrypted. The Website is hosted (technically maintained) on external servers to ensure technical reliability. The hosting company keeps logs at the server level (including IP addresses, time of queries, browser information).
4. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data, their rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability. You also have the right to object to the processing and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland: PUODO). Providing data is voluntary but necessary to handle inquiries. The Operator also uses the Facebook Pixel tool (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to direct personalized ads to users.
